Description
Unopened buds from the tender young plants are used to make this premium organic tea, best enjoyed straight.
White tea is the least processed of all teas from the camellia sinensis plant, with a delectable mild flavour that is both uplifting and calming.
Considered more rare, this tea is more difficult to harvest than green tea as it must be hand picked at just the right time during early spring. White tea is steamed rapidly and then dried.
White tea contains very high levels of anti-oxidants and has a unique, gentle and almost sweet taste.
